We collect the name, email, mobile number and payment identifiers you provide at registration, plus session logs. We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, Paytm password or PhonePe credentials — payment authentication runs on those providers' own secured servers.

Account Security

Every account is protected by email-verified login and optional two-factor authentication via SMS. If we detect a login from an unrecognised device, we send an immediate alert to your registered email and can freeze the account on your request within minutes.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for five years after closure, in line with Indian financial record-keeping norms. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are kept for seven years.

Your Data Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain. Submit these requests to [email protected] with your account ID; we will respond within five business days.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe), fraud-prevention services, and regulators when legally compelled. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or marketing lists under any circumstances.
